Yes. You may use your villa for any duration — from a single night to an entire year — subject to advance request and availability within the management calendar. While staying, you enjoy the full Ando Living experience: concierge, housekeeping, in-villa dining, and 24/7 assistance. While your villa is under rental, you can use your 40% owner discount to stay at any other Ando Living location across Portugal and Europe.

The target yield is approximately 4.5% per annum, expressed net of operational costs. This is a variable yield — actual performance depends on occupancy and average daily rate achieved for your specific villa. Revenue is tracked on a per-villa basis, providing full transparency, and distributions are made quarterly. Past occupancy in Comporta is strong given the region's seasonal profile of over 350 sunny days per year.

Buyers should budget for: Property Transfer Tax (IMT) of up to approximately 8% of the purchase price; Stamp Duty of 0.8% on the acquisition; Notary and registration fees (typically 1–2%); and legal/solicitor fees. The mandatory furniture package for T3 units costs €45,000 + VAT at the current legal rate of 23%. These are in addition to the villa purchase price.
